摘　　要：基于某公司的建筑能源管理系统,分析商业地产的能耗管理模式,通过数据挖掘与数据校验筛选出5个上市公司的大型购物中心能耗数据,定义能耗元型与面积元型,统一能耗对标的计算规则,将各集团的总能耗指标与公区能耗指标进行分气候区对比;并以夏热冬冷气候区为代表进行暖通空调、室内照明、室外照明分项能耗指标对比,分析大型购物中心的用能现状,为能耗指标较高的集团提供可参考的能源管理模式。Based on a company's Energy Management System(EMS),this paper analyzes the energy management model of commercial real estate,and through data mining and data verification,screens out the energy consumption data of five large-scale shopping malls of listed companies.Consuming element type and area element type,unified energy consumption benchmarking calculation rules,comparing the total energy consumption index of each group with the public area energy consumption index by climate zone;and performing HVAC on behalf of hot summer and cold winter climate zone Comparing the energy consumption indicators of indoor lighting and outdoor lighting,analyzing the energy consumption status of large shopping centers,and providing energy management models for energysaving groups to provide energy conservation.
