摘  要:永磁体广泛应用于能源、交通、家电、医学等众多领域,表面磁场强度是永磁体重要的磁性能参数之一,测量的准确与否直接影响着产品的质量与应用前景。目前,磁材组件表面磁场强度测试常用的是霍尔效应法,由于配套的霍尔探头存在着无具体封装尺寸等技术缺陷,导致永磁体表面磁场强度的测量数据失去可比性。Permanent magnet is widely used in energy,transportation,home appliances,medicine and many other fields.The surface magnetic field strength is one of the important magnetic performance parameters of permanent magnet.The accuracy of measurement directly affects the quality and application prospects of products.At present,the Hall effect method is commonly used to measure the surface magnetic field strength of the magnetic components.Because the matching Hall probe has no specific package size and other technical defects,the measurement data of the surface magnetic field strength of the permanent magnet lose comparability.
