摘 要:轧制温度和压下率是决定X120管线钢是否发生再结晶的两个主要因素。采用阶梯试样,结合高温变形后试样金相观察,研究了不同变形工艺参数时X120管线钢奥氏体再结晶的影响。结果表明,提高变形温度、增大变形量均能提高X120管线钢再结晶程度。当变形温度在950℃以下时,不同变形量下实验钢再结晶百分数没有较大改变;当变形温度升高至980℃以上时,随变形量增加,实验钢再结晶百分数迅速增加,增加到一定值时,继续增加变形量,实验钢再结晶百分数增长趋势变缓。由于Nb和Nb的析出相对晶界的钉扎作用,奥氏体再结晶过程受到阻碍,使实验钢完全再结晶、未再结晶临界温度均大幅度提高。Rolling temperature and reduction ratio are the two main factors that determine whether recrystallization occurs in X120 steel.Using a stepped sample,combined with metallographic observation of the sample after high temperature deformation,the austenite recrystallization law of X120 pipeline steel with different deformation process parameters was studied.The results show that increasing the deformation temperature and the amount of deformation can increase the recrystallization percentage of X120 pipeline steel.When the deformation temperature is below 950℃,the percentage of recrystallization of the experimental steel does not change greatly under different deformation amounts;when the deformation temperature rises above 980℃,as the amount of deformation increases,the percentage of recrystallization of the experimental steel increases rapidly,and when it is increased to a certain value,increase of recrystallization percentage of the experimental steel slows down as deformation amount increases.Due to the pinning effect of Nb and precipitated phase of Nb on the grain boundary,the austenite recrystallization process is hindered,and the critical temperature of complete recrystallization and non recrystallization of experimental steel is greatly increased.
