摘 要:加热炉炉温直接影响着产品质量、能耗水平等技术经济指标,其精细控制是企业提产增效的重要手段。本文以大盘卷加热炉为例,结合加热炉的生产情况,对炉内传热过程及其影响因素(如空燃比、钢种、轧制节奏等)进行了分析。在一级控制系统的基础上,对于不同轧制节奏、钢坯入炉温度以及空步情况,提出了目标炉温的调整方案,并对钢种混装、轧制节奏变化等特殊生产状况,提出了相应的控制策略。生产运行结果表明,该方案可以实现大盘卷加热炉生产过程的自动控制,满足工艺生产要求。The temperature of reheating furnace has a direct influence on the technical economic index,such as product quality and reduce energy consumption.Its precise control is an important means for an enterprise to increase the capacity and benefits.In this paper,a large coil reheating furnace is taken as an example,and the heat transfer process and its influencing factors,such as the ratio of air to flue,different grade of steel slab and rolling rhythm are analyzed tagether with the furnace operation.On the base of 1 st-level control,the adjustment scheme of the target temperature of the furnace is proposed for the different rolling rhythm and initial slab temperature as well as empty pacing number.Some strategies are suggested for the special operating state,such as loading different grade of steel slab,varying rolling rhythm,etc.The running results of the large coil reheating furnace indicate that this scheme is practical to automatically control the heating process of steel slab and can satisfy the process.
