摘  要:本文介绍了DP780的性能及激光深溶焊的工作原理,并结合酸轧线在DP780的生产过程中频繁出现焊缝断带问题,分析了焊缝形貌及焊缝区域金相,探讨了剪切质量、激光偏移度、对中间隙、焊接保护气等参数及原料状况对激光焊机焊接效果的影响。在消除这些影响的基础上,通过对DP780的焊接参数进行一系列的组合试验测试,得到了焊接速度、焊接功率及退火功率的最佳工艺参数组合。批量生产验证后发现二次剪切、断点焊验证、控制月牙深度、高焊接功率、低焊接速度及高退火功率都有利于提高窄规格DP780的焊接质量。This paper introduces the property of DP780 and the principle of deep penetration laser welding,analyses the welding seam morphology and microstructure combining weld breaking frequently occurs in acid rolling line during DP780 production and discusses the effect of shear quality,laser offset,alignment gap,welding shielding gas and raw material status on laser welding.After eliminating these effects,series of combined tests on the welding parameters of DP780 were done,and the best combination of welding speed,welding power and annealing power was obtained.After the verification of mass production,it is found that the welding quality of narrow DP780 can be improved by secondary shear,breakpoint welding verification,controlling notcher depth,high welding power,low welding speed and high annealing power.
