摘 要:随着经济的高速发展,城市垃圾也在不断的增加,目前,我国城市垃圾已达1.4亿t,还在以每年8%~10%的速度增长。传统垃圾焚烧技术产生的飞灰中重金属自然条件下会渗滤出污染环境,产生的炉渣和烟尘中除了含有一定量的未燃尽可燃物之外,还含有一定量的重金属和二恶英类物质。如何采取适当的技术处理灰渣,并达到稳定化、资源化和无害化的目标,成为当前的主要科研项目。本文将阐述开发新型高效焚烧炉的必要性。With the rapid development of economy, the urban waste is increasing, at present, China’s urban waste has reached 140000000 T, and is growing at a rate of 10% to 8% per year. Traditional garbage incineration technology of fly ash of heavy metals in natural conditions will infiltration of environmental pollution, slag and dust generated in addition to contain a certain amount of unburned combustibles, also contains a certain amount of heavy metals and dioxins. How to take appropriate technical ash disposal, and achieve the goal of stabilization, resources and harmless, become the main current research projects. In this paper, the necessity of developing new type of high efficiency incinerator is described in this paper.
