摘　　要：本文主要阐述了锅炉集箱部件中特殊管孔的加工工艺。该管孔结构特殊,通过改进传统的管孔加工工艺,提高摇臂钻床的加工效率和加工质量,并对小直径的特殊管孔提出了新的结构和加工方法,提制了相应地管孔检验棒。In this paper,the processing technology of the throttle hole in the header of ultra-supercritical boiler is described.It improved the traditional processing technology,increased improve productive efficiency,and provided new structure and machining method for small throttle hole,offered the test rod of throttle hole.
