摘  要:为提高猫场铝矿缓倾斜中厚矿体的回采率,对矿体的开采技术条件和原有的采矿方法进行了研究,提出了9个锚杆护顶房柱采矿法开采方案。采用FLAC3D数值模拟软件对9个开采方案进行了模拟,根据模拟结果选出方案1的采场结构参数最优。对方案1的采场结构参数进行工业试验验证,采用在线地压监测系统监测采场的顶板位移和矿柱应力变化情况。试验结果表明,方案1的采场回采率达到了76.32%,生产能力达到了390t/d,取得了良好的经济效益,可为类似开采技术条件下的矿体开采提供借鉴。In order to improve the recovery rate of gently-inclined and medium-thick ore body in Maochang aluminum mine,the mining technical conditions and original mining methods of the ore body were studied.And then nine schemes of room and pillar mining with roof bolting were put forward and simulated by FLAC3D.According to the simulation results,the stope structure parameters of No.1 scheme were selected as the best,then were verified by industrial test.The on-line ground pressure monitoring system was used to monitor the roof displacement and pillar stress changes of the stope.The test results show that the recovery rate of the stope can reach 76.32%,and the production capacity is 390 t/d in No.1 scheme,with good economic benefits.The study can provide a reference for the mining of ore body with similar mining technical conditions.
