摘 要:为解决无底柱分段崩落法矿石损失和贫化大这一技术难题,改善放矿效果,采用多个分段的放矿模型,研究了6种边孔角对矿石残留情况、回采率和贫化率的影响。研究发现:第一分段脊部残留体随边孔角变大而变小,矿岩混杂区范围较小,而二、三分段矿石残留范围随之增大;受上分段残留矿石的影响,各分段的放矿效果不同,贫化率和回采率随边孔角变化呈规律性变化,整体放矿效果随边孔角增大呈"高、低、高"的变化趋势;边孔角影响放矿指标的主要因素是对脊部残留体矿石、上分段进路口内废石和本分段内矿石的回采量发生变化。研究结果表明:调整边孔角的大小可以改善放矿效果,同时小边孔角(5°)能够得到与大边孔角(55°)相同的放矿效果。In order to solve the technical problem of large loss and dilution in non-pillar sublevel caving method and to improve the ore drawing effect,the influences of six kinds of side hole angles on ore residual,recovery rate and dilution rate were studied by using ore drawing models of different sublevels.The results are concluded as follows.Firstly,with the increase of the side hole angle,the volume of the residual ore in the ridge decreases and the mixed area of ore and waste rock is small in the first sublevel,while that in the second and the third sublevel is opposite.Secondly,the ore drawing effect of each sublevel is different due to the influence of the residual ore in the upper sublevel.The dilution rate and recovery rate change regularly with the change of side hole angle,and the overall ore drawing effect shows a variation trend of"high,low and high"with the increase of side hole angle.Thirdly,the main factors of ore drawing indexes affected by side hole angle are the variations of the residual ore in the ridge,the waste rock in the above draw-point drift and the amount of ore recovery in this sublevel.The study shows that drawing effect of caving method could be improved by adjusting side hole angle,and the ore drawing with small side hole angle(5°)could achieve the same effect as that with large side hole angle(55°).
