摘 要:为解决某矿山掘进爆破进尺小、炮孔利用率低的问题,通过理论分析并结合矿山实际矿岩体构造和矿岩固有性质,提出了"1+8"和"2+8"两种掏槽爆破方案。试验表明:8个空孔可为掏槽爆破提供足够的补偿空间;在矿岩体比较完整、无明显夹石情况下,"1+8"掏槽爆破方案取得了良好的爆破效果,掏槽炮孔利用率能达到90%以上;为了克服小构造影响,应适当地增加装药眼和炸药量。In order to solve the problems of small blasting footage and low utilization rate of blasting hole in a mine,two cut blasting schemes of"1+8"and"2+8"were put forward by theoretical analysis and combining with the actual structure of rock mass and the inherent properties of rock.The research showed that eight empty holes could supply enough space for cut blasting.Under the condition of relatively complete rock mass and no obvious stone inclusion,the cut blasting scheme of"1+8"could achieve a good blasting effect,and the utilization rate of empty blasting holes could reach more than 90%.In order to overcome the influence of small structure,the number of charging holes and amount of explosives should be increased appropriately.
