药品货位码系统用于住院药房药品调剂与管理效果分析

摘　　要：目的建立住院药房药品货位码系统,提高药品调剂的准确性及药师的满意度。方法编制指示每个药品位置的货位码,并建立发药单药品排序规则。对比使用货位码系统前后药师调剂同一张发药单的发药时间、步行距离、发药准确率及其对药品调剂工作的满意度。结果使用货位码系统后,发药时间由(17.73±6.26)min缩短为(12.21±5.32)min,发药步行距离由(121.90±49.60)m缩短为(73.15±31.53)m,发药准确率由(99.24±1.04)%提高到(99.81±0.49)%,药师满意度由(29.38±10.16)%提高到(97.50±3.78)%。结论使用药品货位码系统能明显提高住院药房药品调剂的效率和准确率,减少药学人员的体力消耗,提高药师对药品调剂工作的满意度。Objective To establish the drug location code system in inpatient pharmacy to improve the accuracy of drug dispensing and pharmacists’satisfaction.Methods The location code of each drug according to certain rules was compiled,and the ordering rules of drug delivery list was established.The delivery time,walking distance,delivery accuracy of pharmacists and the satisfaction of pharmacists with drug dispensing before and after using the location code system were compared.Results After using the location code system,the delivery time was shortened from(17.73±6.26)min to(12.21±5.32)min;the delivery walking distance was shortened from(121.90±49.60)m to(73.15±31.53)m;the delivery accuracy was increased from(99.24±1.04)%to(99.81±0.49)%and the satisfaction of pharmacists was increased from(29.38±10.16)%to(97.50±3.78)%.Conclusion The application of drug location code system can significantly improve the efficiency and accuracy of drug dispensing in inpatient pharmacy,greatly reduce the physical and mental consumption of pharmacists,and improve the satisfaction of pharmacists by using the system.
