摘  要:目的探讨地塞米松磷酸钠注射液致过敏性休克的一般规律和特点。方法检索2000年至2019年中国医院数字图书馆中国医院知识仓库(CHKD)和万方数据库收载的中文医药卫生期刊中相关文献,并进行统计与分析。结果共筛选出文献36篇,涉及相应过敏性休克36例,男女比例相当(52.78%比47.22%),其中死亡1例;休克多发生在给药30 min以内;静脉给药出现的休克明显多于肌肉注射给药(80.56%比19.44%);34例(94.44%)首次用药即出现过敏性休克症状;是否以溶剂稀释对其诱发过敏性休克的概率无显著影响。结论地塞米松磷酸钠注射液致过敏性休克的相关因素较多,且后果严重,临床医师、药师应高度重视。Objective To discuss the general pattern and the characteristics of anaphylactic shock induced by dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection.Methods The statistics of anaphylactic shock cases induced by dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection in Chinese medical and health journals included in the Chinese Hospital Knowledge Database(CHKD)and the Wanfang database from 2000 to 2019 were retrieved and statistically analyzed.Results A total of 36 literatures were screened,involving 36 cases of anaphylactic shock.The ratio of men to women was equal(52.78%vs.47.22%),of which 1 case died;the shock occurred mostly within 30 min of administration;the shocks occurred by intravenous administration were significantly more than intramuscular injection(80.56%vs.19.44%);34 patients(94.44%)had anaphylactic shock symptoms at the first administration,and the probability of anaphylactic shock induced by solvent was not significant.Conclusion There are many factors related to anaphylactic shock caused by dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection,and the consequences are serious.Clinicians and pharmacists should pay great attention to it.
