大学在扬州科创名城建设中的作用

摘　　要：比较扬州市、南通市、苏州市、南京市的统计数据,系统论述大学在转型升级、科技创新、服务社区等方面的作用,构建数学建模,提出扬州打造新兴科创名城的发展路径:扩大高校数量、增加大学生人数;增加研发投入,使GDP排名不断靠前;增加高校教师数量。地方政府应增加财政性科技投入,积极吸引一流大学来扬州设立分校区,让大学服务社区并促进城市的高质量发展。This paper collected the statistical data of Yangzhou,Nantong,Suzhou and Nanjing,and systematically analyzed the role of universities in urban transformation and upgrading,scientific and technological innovation,and community service.By constructing mathematical modeling,this paper analyzes the development path of building Yangzhou as a new scientific and creative city:expanding the number of universities,increasing research and development investment,improving GDP ranking,increasing the number of college teachers.Local governments should increase financial investment in science and technology and actively introduce first-class universities to set up branch campuses,so that the university can serve the community and promote the high-quality development of the city.
