摘 要:经济管理类课程是理论性与实践性都很强的课程。在当今自媒体时代,如何通过相关实践环节的课程改革来适应时代发展,值得每个高校教师去探讨。以高校来华留学生课程“Chinese Business”实践教学环节的商业模拟教学改革实践为案例,从国内外商业模拟教学的现状及特点出发,研究自媒体的传播机制,探寻了自媒体时代下经济管理类课程的商业模拟教学中应该采取的模式创新。实践结果表明,将自媒体的传播机制应用于高校管理类课程的商业模拟中,能够促进教学主体和教学资源的双向整合,实现教学知识的快速网状传播,从而提升学生在知识构建、主动学习、创新和团队合作等方面的能力。Courses in economic and management attach importance both theory and practice.Nowadays,it is necessary for every college teacher to explore how to carry out the curriculum reform on the practice part of course education so as to catch up with the development in modern times.As a case study of the course Chinese Business which is opened to international students,this paper studied the teaching practice of business simulation and its teaching innovative reform.Base on the transmission mechanism from the media,this paper explored the teaching mode and innovation by means of the self-media mechanism when doing business simulation in the course.As a result,applying the self-media communication mechanism to the college management courses for the business simulation can promote the construction and integration of teaching subject and teaching resource,and the two-way teaching knowledge network,thus to improve students’practical ability,initiative,innovative ability.
