摘 要:目的:建立小花清风藤及其同属药用植物的近红外光谱鉴定方法。方法:通过采集供试品的近红外光谱信息,采用二阶导数、标准正态变量变换和多元散射校正等方法,对样品的原始谱图及数据进行处理,计算近红外光谱相似度,绘制各药用部位的聚类分析树状图,探究小花清风藤及其同属植物的种内和种间差异。结果:小花清风藤叶的种内近红外光谱(Near-Infrared Spectrum Instrument,NIRS)相似度达到91.84%,而与其他同属植物的种间NIRS相似度只有64.03%,差异十分明显。系统聚类结果显示叶片有很好的聚集度,可以作为小花清风藤与同属药用植物近红外光谱鉴别的可靠部位。结论:建立的近红外光谱鉴定方法,具有简便、快速、准确的特征,可作为鉴别清风藤属药用植物及其药材的可靠方法。Objective:To establish a near infrared spectroscopy method for the identification of the Sabia parviflora and the same genus medicinal plants.Methods:By collecting the near-infrared spectral information of the tested samples,the second derivative,the standard normal variable transformation and the multiple scattering correction and the method of the original spectrum of the sample and the data were processed to calculate the similarity of near-infrared spectroscopy,and the clustering analysis tree of each medicinal part was drawn to explore the intraspecies and interspecies differences.Results:The intraspecies NIRS similarity of the leaves of the Sabia parviflora reached 91.84%,while the interspecies NIRS similarity with other related species was only 64.03%,this suggests a significant difference.The results of systematic clustering showed that the leaves had a good degree of aggregation,which could be used as a reliable part for the identification of the medicinal plants of the S.parviflora and same genus medicinal plants.Conclusion:The established method is simple,rapid and accurate,and can be used as a reliable method for the identification of medicinal plants of Sabia and their medicinal materials.
