摘　　要：新疆褐牛属兼用牛品种,主要分布在新疆北疆地区,也是新疆养牛业的主导品种,具有适宜放牧、抗病力和抗逆性强的特性。本文介绍了利用超声波活体测定新疆褐牛肉质性状技术应用的现状,论述利用超声波活体测定新疆褐牛眼肌高度、背膘厚度、眼肌面积和肌间脂肪等几项肉质性状指标的测定原理、操作方法、技术要点和注意事项等,以期为新疆褐牛肉用性能选育提供技术指导。Xinjiang brown cattle is a kind of dual-purpose cattle,mainly distributed in the northern Xinjiang area,and is also the leading cattle breed in Xinjiang province.It has the characteristics of suitable grazing,disease resistance and strong resistance.This paper introduces the current situation of the application of the technology of measuring meat quality of Xinjiang Brown Cattle in vivo by using ultrasound,and discusses the principle,operation method,technical points and precautions of measuring the height of eye muscle,thickness of back fat,area of eye muscle and intermuscular fat of Xinjiang Brown Cattle in vivo by using ultrasound,so as to provide technical guidance for the selection of meat quality of Xinjiang brown cattle.
