摘 要:目的建立HPLC法同时测定凹脉丁公藤、多花丁公藤和毛叶丁公藤中5-咖啡酰奎尼酸、东莨菪苷、绿原酸、4-咖啡酰奎尼酸、东莨菪素、3,5-二咖啡酰奎尼酸、3,4-二咖啡酰奎尼酸和4,5-二咖啡酰奎尼酸的含量。方法采用Agilent Poroshell 120 EC-C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,2.7μm)色谱柱,甲醇-0.1%甲酸水为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL·min^-1,检测波长345 nm。结果5-咖啡酰奎尼酸、东莨菪苷、绿原酸、4-咖啡酰奎尼酸、东莨菪素、3,5-二咖啡酰奎尼酸、3,4-二咖啡酰奎尼酸和4,5-二咖啡酰奎尼酸分别在0.0180~1.80、0.0268~2.68、0.0270~2.70、0.0168~1.68、0.0081~0.81、0.0188~1.88、0.0176~1.76、0.0196~1.96μg与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r>0.9996);8种成分的平均加样回收率在97.8%~102.4%,RSD在1.4%~2.5%。结论该方法简便、精密,可用于3种丁公藤属植物的质量评价。Objective To simultaneously determine the content of 5-caffeoylquinic acid,scopolin,chlorogenic acid,4-caffeoylquinic acid,scopoletin,3,5-dicaffeoylquinic acid,3,4-dicaffeoylquinic acid,and 4,5-dicaffeoylquinic acid)in Erycibe elllptilimba,Erycibe myriantha and Erycibe hainanesis.Methods Agilent Poroshell 120 EC-C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,2.7μm)was adopted to separate 8 components in the samples.Methanol-0.1%formic acid solution was used as the mobile phase.The flowing rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1,and the detection wavelength was 345 nm.Results The 8 components(5-caffeoylquinic acid,scopolin,chlorogenic acid,4-caffeoylquinic acid,scopoletin,3,5-dicaffeoylquinic acid,3,4-dicaffeoylquinic acid,and 4,5-dicaffeoylquinic acid)showed good linearity at 0.0180-1.80,0.0268-2.68,0.0270-2.70,0.0168-1.68,0.0081-0.81,0.0188-1.88,0.0176-1.76,and 0.0196-1.96μg(r≥0.9996),respectively,with average recoveries at 97.8%-102.4%,and the RSDs at 1.4%-2.5%.Conclusion This simple and accurate method can be used for the quality control of 3 species of Erycibe.
