复方甘草酸苷在皮肤性病治疗中的应用进展

摘　　要：复方甘草酸苷的主要活性成分为甘草酸苷,辅以甘氨酸、甲硫氨酸。甘草酸苷经体内代谢成甘草次酸发挥主要药理作用。因其具有良好的抗病毒、抗炎、抗变态反应等功效,广泛应用于感染性皮肤性病、炎症与变态反应性皮肤病、自身免疫性皮肤病等领域。然而,皮肤性病病种繁杂,临床疗效需进一步评价。本文就复方甘草酸苷在皮肤性病治疗等方面的研究进展进行综述,为临床治疗提供新思路。The main active components of compound glycyrrhizin include glycyrrhizin,glycine and methionine.Glycyrrhizin is metabolized into glycyrrhetinic acid in vivo and plays a major pharmacological role.Because of its good anti-viral,anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic effects,it is widely used for infectious dermatoses,inflammation and allergic dermatoses,autoimmune dermatoses and other disorders.However,dermatoses are complicated and clinical efficacy needs to be further evaluated.This paper reviews the progress of compound glycyrrhizin in the treatment of dermatoses and sexually transmitted diseases and provides new ideas in clinical treatment.
