摘　　要：笔者立足于当前计算机行业的发展情况以及计算机数据备份、恢复技术发展的情况,首先阐述了计算机数据备份和数据恢复技术的工作目的、基本原理,然后分析了传统计算机数据备份恢复技术存在的弊端以及缺陷,最后阐述了一种高效率的全量恢复、全量备份、增量备份方法,以期为广大从业者提供借鉴。Based on the current development of the computer industry and the development of the computer data backup and recovery technology,the author first describes the purpose and basic principle of the computer data backup and recovery technology,then analyzes the disadvantages and defects of the traditional computer data backup and recovery technology,and finally describes an efficient full recovery,full backup Incremental backup method,in order to provide reference for the majority of practitioners.
