混凝土足尺实体结构模型与试块强度差异研究

摘  要:目前对强度的检验根据检验的对象不同主要是分为两种:一种直接对结构实体进行强度的检验,第二个就是通过对仪器制作的试块进行强度换算推定.现在大家普遍对标养及同条件养护相对比较认可.试块最主要的便宜之处就是检验方便,但是试块与结构实体在很多方面都存在很大的不同之处,比如受力荷载,受力状态以及浇筑等施工行为对结构的扰动.所以本文通过对C20、C30、C40及C50四个强度的结构足尺模型和相应制作的标养及同条件试块进行强度变化情况,强度增长幅度等分析,以此分析三者获得强度值之间是否存在差异,并且差异是否明显.At present,the inspection of strength is mainly divided into two types according to the different inspection objects:one is to directly inspect the strength of the structural entity,and the other is to estimate the strength of the test block made by the instrument through conversion.Now we generally agree on standard maintenance and maintenance under the same conditions.The main advantage of the test block is the convenience of inspection.However,the test block is different from the structural entity in many aspects,such as the structural disturbance caused by stress load,stress state and pouring.So in this paper,the full-scale model of C20,C30,C40 and C50 strength structure and the corresponding standard curing and the same condition test block are analyzed for strength change and strength growth range,so as to analyze whether there are differences among the three obtained strength values,and whether the differences are obvious.
