摘  要:设计了一种变摩擦自复位的阻尼器。该阻尼器主要是通过平面和坡面来实现变摩擦功能,通过形状记忆合金的形状记忆效应来实现自复位功能。在施加弹簧预紧力的情况下,分析了整个过程的工作原理,给出了整个工作过程下的力学计算模型,并得到了该阻尼器理想的滞回曲线。利用ANSYS有限元软件分析了阻尼器各个元件的在三组预紧力下的应力,满足强度要求。得到了应用有限元软件的滞回曲线,与理论的滞回曲线较吻合,验证了理论滞回曲线的正确性。A variable friction self-resetting damper is designed,which mainly realizes the variable friction function through the plane and the slope,and realizes the self-reset function through the shape memory effect of the shape memory alloy.In the case of applying spring preload,the working principle of the whole process is analyzed,the mechanical calculation model under the whole working process is given,and the ideal hysteresis curve of the damper is obtained.Using ANSYS finite element software,the stresses of each element of the damper under three sets of preloads are analyzed to meet the strength requirements.The hysteresis curve using finite element software is obtained,which is in good agreement with the theoretical hysteresis curve,and the correctness of the theoretical hysteresis curve is verified.
