摘　　要：结合宁乡市现行总规管理实例,剖析宁乡城市发展中存在的主要问题。秉承"精明增长、紧凑城市"理念,尊重城市发展规律,统筹空间、规模、产业三大结构,协调生产、生活、生态三大布局,提高城市功能的协调性和宜居性,降低城市运营成本,实现可持续发展。To integrate and analysis the existing NingXiang’s Master Planning Management Living Example,there are some major issues are provided during the development of NingXiang’s urbanization.Basing on the theory of Strategy Increase and Compact City,NingXiang should follow the rule of urbanization to give an overall consideration for three main construction which are space,scale and industry.Meanwhile,how to balance three major layouts which are production,life and environment is another significant aspect.Summarily,NingXiang should improve capacity of harmony and habitability,reduce operating cost,to achieve the sustainable development.
