摘　　要：随着二胎政策开放,社会经济的发展,在近几年来,不孕症的发病率在逐年增高,已经在继癌症和心血管疾病后成为女性第三大疾病。该病在祖国医学属“全不产”、“无子”、“断绪”等范畴。作为中医特色治疗方式的中医外治法近几年在不孕症的临床治疗中越来越普遍,其具有安全、临床疗效显著、便捷等优点。该方法包括:中药灌肠、针灸、中药宫腔注药、穴位埋线、穴位注射、推拿、中医情志疗法、中药离子导入等。它能更好地与中医内治法互补,更好地与西医治疗相配合,从而扩大了治疗该病的手段。本文通过收集和整理维普、知网、万方、PubMed和Cochrane Library等国内外数据库中的相关文献,综述了近10年来国内外中医外治法在不孕症的临床研究进展,客观评价中医外治法治疗该病的有效性;同时指出临床研究中存在的相关问题,以及讨论了中医外治法在今后研究发展。With the opening of the two-child policy and the development of social economy,the incidence of infertility has been increasing year by year in recent years,and has become the third major disease for women after cancer and cardiovascular disease.The disease belongs to the category of“no production”,“childless”and“broken thread”in Chinese medicine.As a characteristic treatment method of traditional Chinese medicine,external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine has become more and more common in the clinical treatment of infertility in recent years.The methods include:enema,acupuncture,intrauterine injection,acupoint catgut embedding,acupoint injection,massage,emotional therapy of traditional Chinese medicine,ion introduction of traditional Chinese medicine,etc.It can better complement the internal treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,and better cooperate with western medicine,thus expanding the means to treat the disease.In this paper,the clinical research progress of TCM external treatment on infertility in recent 10 years was reviewed by collecting and sorting out relevant literatures in domestic and foreign databases such as vip.com,zhiwang,wanfang,PubMed and Cochrane Library,so as to objectively evaluate the effectiveness of TCM external treatment on infertility.At the same time,it points out the problems existing in clinical research and discusses the development of TCM external treatment in the future.
