摘 要:针对高速线材生产冷却水污染精轧机润滑系统的问题,设计一种基于ARM Cortex M3处理器的在线式润滑油含水监测系统。该系统采用EIS阻抗谱传感器FWD-1,并对含水率测量值进行温度补偿,提高了测量精度和稳定性;采用了隔离型CAN总线网络,提高了网络通信的可靠性;主控站监控界面采用了uCOSIII和emWin系统。实验模拟测结果显示,该系统能够精确检测润滑油含水率,具有良好的实用价值。An lubricating oil moisture monitoring system was designed based on ARM to solve the problem of cooling water pollution of the lubrication system for finishing mill of high speed wire rod.The EIS impedance spectrum sensor fwd-1 was adopted in the system,and the measured result of moisture content was compensated by temperature,which improves the measurement accuracy and stability.An isolated CAN bus network was designed to improve the reliability of network communication.The system of uCOSIII and emWin was adopted for the monitoring interface of the main control station.The simulation results show that the system can accurately detect the moisture content of lubricating oil and has good practical value.
