摘 要:为评估航天飞行器上轴承用润滑脂的贮存寿命以确定材料经长期贮存后是否仍能满足使用要求,以某有机硅润滑脂为研究对象,采用4种不同温度作为加速应力,通过热空气加速老化试验的方法,考察各温度下不同老化时间时该有机硅润滑脂的质量变化率;利用老化动力学模型及Arrhenius方程对老化数据进行拟合处理,得到各温度下质量变化率与老化时间的变化关系式;以润滑脂材料质量变化率为外推指标,外推得该润滑脂材料25℃下的贮存寿命。结果表明,当有机硅润滑脂质量变化率为0.076时,润滑脂材料在25℃下的贮存寿命可达17年以上,此时润滑脂的各项主要性能仍满足指标要求。In order to evaluate the shelf life of grease for bearing on aerospace craft and determine whether the material still can meet the requirement of use after long-term storage,hot-air accelerated aging tests for a organosilicon grease were carried at four different temperatures to investigate its mass change fraction under different aging temperatures and times.The aging kinetic model and Arrhenius equation were used to fit the aging data,and the relationship between mass change fraction and aging time was obtained at different temperatures.The shelf life of the organosilicon at 25℃was extrapolated by taking the mass change fraction of the grease as the extrapolation index.Results show that the shelf life of the organosilicon grease is more than 17 years at 25℃when the mass change fraction of the grease is 0.076,and the main properties of the material still meet the requirement of use.
