摘  要:本试验以3个玉簪品种组培苗为材料,研究五种光质及两种光强对其叶片净光合速率的影响。结果表明:‘宠物’玉簪的叶片净光合速率在LED灯光强40 lx和红蓝光质比7∶3光强40 lx条件下较高,而‘黄皱叶’玉簪则在LED灯光强40 lx和红蓝光质比1∶1光强40 lx条件下较高,‘精毯’玉簪则在LED灯光强40lx和红蓝光质比7∶3光强100 lx条件下最高。低强度LED灯对‘宠物’和‘黄皱叶’玉簪叶片净光合速率较为有利,并且复合光中红光对于玉簪叶片光合速率的提升作用优于蓝光。Using tissue cultured seedlings of three Hosta cultivars as materials,the effects of five kinds of light quality and two light intensities on leaf net photosynthetic rate were studied in the experiment.The results showed that the leaf net photosynthetic rate of‘Love Pat’Hosta was higher under the conditions of LED light source with 40 lx of light intensity and red-blue light with quality ratio as 7∶3 and 40 lx of light intensity,while that of‘Huangzhouye’Hosta was higher under the conditions of LED source with 40 lx of light intensity and red-blue light quality ratio as 1∶1 with 40 lx of light intensity,and that of‘Ground Master’Hosta was the highest under the conditions of LED light source with 40 lx of light intensity and red-blue light with quality ratio as 7∶3 with 100 lx of light intensity.Low intensity LED light had more favorable effect on the leaf net photosynthetic rate of‘Love Pat’and‘Huangzhouye’Hosta,and the raising effect of red light in compound light on the leaf net photosynthetic rate of Hosta was superior to that of blue light.
