摘　　要：本试验通过对药用植物紫锥菊叶的表皮、横切面和粉末进行系统的显微观察研究,描述了其微观特征,给出了紫锥菊叶上、下表面的气孔指数。该结果不仅可用于紫锥菊与同属其余两种药用植物(狭叶紫锥菊、淡紫松果菊)的显微鉴别,也补充了紫锥菊叶研究的不足,为紫锥菊的进一步研究提供更加全面的参考资料。In this study,the microscopic characteristics of epidermis,transverse section and powder of medicinal Echinacea purpurea(L.)Moench leaves were described,and the stomatal indexes of the upper and lower surfaces of leaves were calculated.The results could not only be used for the microscopic identification of Echinacea purpurea and the other two medicinal plants(Echinacea angustifolia(DC.)Hell,Echinacea pallida(Nutt.)Nutt)belonging to the same genus,but also supplement the shortcomings of studying Echinacea purpurea leaves and provide more references for the further study of Echinacea purpurea(L.)Moench.
