摘 要:针对传统清洗方法清洗后残留细菌较多的问题,提出一种基于流形学习算法的口腔复用机械自动清洗方法。首先确定口腔复用机械的清洗指标,数据化处理清洗指标,得到各项清洗指标的安全范围及安全附着面积,在清洗指标安全数据的基础上设计自动清洗装置,将清洗标准指数输入到装置数据处理模块中,使用组态王软件实现口腔复用机械自动清洗装置的自动运行。实验抽取同一个患者使用的、三个相同的口腔复用机械,使用三种清洗方法验证清洗效果,实验结果表明:与手动清洗方法和基于PCA(Principal Components Analysis)的自动控制清洗方法相比,基于流形学习算法的自动清洗方法清洗后的机械上残留的细菌更少,清洗耗时较短,清洗参数冗余性较低,清洗效果更好。Aiming at the problem that there are more bacteria left after cleaning by traditional cleaning methods,an automatic cleaning method of oral reusing machinery based on manifold learning algorithm is proposed.Firstly,the cleaning index of dental reuse machinery is determined,and the data processing and cleaning index is used to obtain the safety range and the safe attachment area of each cleaning index.Based on the safety data of cleaning index,an automatic cleaning device is designed.The cleaning standard index is input into the data processing module of the device,and the Kingview software is used to realize oral rehabilitation.Kingview software is used to realize automatic operation of automatic cleaning device.The experiment extracts three same dental reuse machines used by the same patient and uses three cleaning methods to verify the cleaning effect.The experimental results show that compared with manual cleaning and automatic cleaning based on PCA(PrincipalComponents Analysis),the automatic cleaning method based on manifold learning algorithm has the advantages of less residual bacteria,shorter cleaning time,less redundancy of cleaning parameters and better cleaning performance.
