摘 要:为了提高高压变电站设备发热性缺陷诊断能力,提出基于VR技术的高压变电站设备发热性缺陷智能模拟方法。构建高压变电站设备发热性缺陷图像采集模型,对采集的高压变电站设备发热性缺陷视觉图像进行分块融合检测,根据高压变电站设备发热性缺陷分布进行高压变电站设备发热性缺陷的特征检测,提取高压变电站设备发热性缺陷视觉分形特征量,采用表面纹理配准和分块自适应检测方法进行高压变电站设备发热性缺陷的特征点标定,结合小波变换方法进行高压变电站设备发热性缺陷智能模拟,采用虚拟现实的视景仿真技术进行发热性缺陷的三维视觉VR重构。仿真结果表明,采用该方法进行高压变电站设备发热性缺陷智能模拟的视觉分析能力较好,提高了高压变电站设备发热性缺陷的智能诊断和定位能力。In order to improve the ability of heat generation defect diagnosis of high voltage substation equipment,an intelligent simulation method of heat generation defect of high voltage substation equipment based on VR technology is proposed.The image acquisition model of heat generation defect of high voltage substation equipment is constructed,and the visual image of heat generation defect of high voltage substation equipment is detected by block fusion.According to the distribution of heat generation defect of high voltage substation equipment,the characteristics of heat generation defect of high voltage substation equipment are detected,and the visual fractal characteristic quantity of heat generation defect of high voltage substation equipment is extracted.The surface texture registration and block adaptive detection method are used to calibrate the feature points of heat generation defects of high voltage substation equipment.Combined with wavelet transform method,the intelligent simulation of heat generation defects of high voltage substation equipment is carried out.The 3 D visual VR reconstruction of heat generation defects is carried out by using virtual reality scene simulation technology.The simulation results show that this method has good visual analysis ability for intelligent simulation of heat generation defects of high voltage substation equipment,and improves the intelligent diagnosis and positioning ability of heat generation defects of high voltage substation equipment.
