摘  要:为获得较为精确的铜箔式脉冲电抗器电感计算公式,首先从通电环形导线的电感计算公式出发,得出绕线式电抗器的电感计算公式;然后,基于铜箔划分的方法,建立了两种电抗器间的计算转化关系,综合考虑铜箔中的电流集肤效应,最终得出铜箔式电抗器的电感计算公式;最后,利用试验实测电感值与ANSYS仿真计算结果及解析计算公式结果进行对比,验证其准确性,进一步对电感计算公式的精度进行探讨,得出当铜箔式电抗器的匝数、铜箔厚度等参数发生变化时电感计算公式精度的变化规律及其适用范围,为电磁发射用铜箔式脉冲电抗器的设计提供了一定的理论基础。In an effort to get the inductance calculation of the copper-skin pulse inductor,the induc-tance calculation formula of wire-type reactor is firstly obtained starting with the inductance calculation formula of the energized ring conductor.Then,based on the method of copper division,the conversion relationship between the two reactors is established,and the inductance formula of the copper-skin reactor is obtained in consideration of the skin effect of the current.Lastly its accuracy is confirmed by comparing the measured value,the result of ANSYS simulation and calculation formula.Finally the variation rule of the precision of inductance calculation formula and its application range are obtained when such parameters as the number of turns and copper thickness of the copper skin inductor change.The calculation formula provides a theoretical basis of the design of copper-skin pulse inductor for electromagnetic launch.
