全髋关节置换术后患者家庭韧性现状及其影响因素的调查

摘　　要：目的探究全髋关节置换术后患者家庭韧性的现状以及影响因素,为患者的康复护理指导提供理论支持。方法运用便利抽样的方法,采用家庭复原能力量表对2019年3月至5月入住四川省成都市某三级甲等综合医院骨科行全髋关节置换术的患者家庭主要照顾者212人进行调查。结果全髋关节置换术后患者家庭复原能力量表得分结果为(116.19±13.47)分,其中二阶维度家庭力量中社会支持维度条目均分最低(1.73±0.39),是否有其他照顾者是全髋关节置换术后患者家庭韧性的独立影响因素(t=10.393,P<0.01),可解释总变异的33.6%(F=108.004,P<0.01)。结论全髋关节置换术后患者家庭韧性处于中等偏下水平,患者家庭韧性水平主要受家庭主要照顾者数量影响,合理增加其家庭照顾者数量将有助于提高全髋关节置换术后患者家庭韧性水平,关注患者出院后的延伸护理及居家护理,帮助家庭平稳健康的度过患者的术后康复护理过程。Objective To explore the current situation and influencing factors of family resilience of patients with total hip arthroplasty,and to provide theoretical basis for the guidance of rehabilitation nursing.Methods 212 family caregivers who were admitted to the orthopaedic department of a general hospital in Chengdu City,Sichuan Province from March to May 2019 were investigated by convenience samplingusing Family Resilience Scale.Results The score of Family Resilience Scale of patients with total hip arthroplasty was 116.19±13.47,of which the score of social support was the lowest in the second-dimension family strength(1.73±0.39),and whether there were other caregivers was an independent factor affecting the family resilience of patients with total hip arthroplasty(t=10.393,P<0.01),which could explain 33.6%of the total variation(F=108.004,P<0.01).Conclusion The family resilience of patients with total hip arthroplasty is in the lower middle level and is mainly affected by the number of family caregivers.A reasonable increase in the number of family caregivers will help to improve the family resilience of patients after total hip arthroplasty,and medical stuffs should pay attention to the transitional care and home care of patients after discharge,and help families to pass the rehabilitation care of patients smoothly and healthily.
