摘 要:实验研究了塑料添加剂对煤焦化黏结性的影响。结果表明:添加聚乙烯(PE)、聚丙烯(PP)和聚氯乙烯(PVC),对煤的结块性能和焦炭强度影响很小。添加聚苯乙烯(PS)、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)和对苯二甲酸(TFA)可抑制煤的膨胀和熔化,降低煤的流动性和总膨胀,从而使焦炭强度恶化。PS或PET热分解生成的自由基可从煤中置换出氢,导致煤结块性能下降。Study the effect of plastic additives on coal coking cohesion.The research results show that the addition of polyethylene(PE),polypropylene(PP)and polyvinyl chloride(PVC)has little effect on coal’s agglomeration performance and coke strength.The addition of polystyrene(PS),polyethylene terephthalate(PET)and terephthalic acid(TFA)can inhibit the expansion and melting of coal,reduce the fluidity and total expansion of coal,and thus deteriorate the coke strength.The free radicals generated by the thermal decomposition of PS or PET can displace hydrogen from coal,resulting in reduced coal agglomeration performance.
