摘 要:利用废聚合物(PET、PC和汽车轮胎)取代部分聚酯基砂浆中的硅砂,对聚合物砂浆试件进行抗压、抗折试验,并计算其弹性模量。采用有限元法计算力学值,并与实验数据进行比较。利用SEM和XRD分析废颗粒的表面形貌和结晶度。结果表明:与对照砂浆相比,废PET聚合物砂浆的力学性能(抗压强度和抗弯强度)均有所提高,但添加PC或轮胎颗粒时这些值较低。通过使用废弃聚合物作为聚合物砂浆的填料可以有效地减少聚合物带来的环境污染。Using waste polymers(PET,PC and automobile tires)to replace part of the silica sand in the polyester-based mortar,the polymer mortar specimens were subjected to compression and bending tests,and their elastic modulus was calculated.The finite element method was used to calculate the mechanical value and compared with the experimental data.The surface morphology and crystallinity of the waste particles were analyzed by SEM and XRD.The results show that the mechanical properties(compressive strength and flexural strength)of the waste PET polymer mortar are improved compared to the control mortar,but these values are lower when PC or tire particles are added.By using waste polymer as the filler of polymer mortar,the environmental pollution caused by polymer can be effectively reduced.
