摘  要:本研究中将碳酸钙(CaCO3)用铝酸酯偶联剂(ACA)进行改性得到铝酸酯碳酸钙(Al-CaCO3),并将CaCO3和Al-CaCO3与聚乳酸(PLA)进行熔融共混,得到复合体系。通过傅里叶红外光谱确定ACA和CaCO3发生了反应。对各体系的力学性能、热性能和降解性能进行了测试与分析,结果表明:CaCO3的加入降低了材料的力学性能,体系表现出脆性断裂;而Al-CaCO3的加入使体系的断裂伸长率提高了350%以上并仍具有20 MPa以上的拉伸强度,体系的冲击强度提升了150%以上,材料的韧性得到了增强。CaCO3和Al-CaCO3的加入略微提高了PLA的结晶度。CaCO3和Al-CaCO3的加入使体系的降解性能获得极大提高,含有30%以上无机颗粒的共混物可在3天内完全降解,这对于家庭和工业堆肥以及PLA的应用都有重要意义。In this work,aluminate coupling agent(ACA)was used as modifier to modify calcium carbonate(CaCO3)particles.The acquired particles(Al-CaCO3)and CaCO3 were used to fabricate polylactide/Al-CaCO3(PLA/Al-CaCO3)and polylactide/CaCO3(PLA/CaCO3)blends by melt blending.The reaction between ACA and CaCO3 was confirmed by Fourier transform infrared ray spectroscopy(FTIR).The mechanical properties,thermal behavior,and biodegradation properties of these blends were investigated.The results indicated that the addition of Al-CaCO3 improved the elongation at break and Izod impact strength by 350%and 150%,respectively,and meanwhile,the tensile strength of the blends was still above 20 MPa.Differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)results suggested that the addition of CaCO3 and Al-CaCO3 slightly improved the crystallinity of PLA in blends.The addition of CaCO3 and Al-CaCO3 improved the biodegradation properties a lot that the blends containing over 30%inorganic particles could be completely degraded within 3 days,which is meaningful to the home and industry composting and the application of PLA.
