摘 要:基于CAD的半自动化模头流道腔体模型,进行了流道腔体中封闭环和出入口曲面的研究。研究结果表明:在封闭环阶段应用人工筛选连接曲线技术,在出入口曲面阶段应用选择生成方法,门框模头流道腔体评分7.0,护墙板流道腔体评分7.4。In order to optimize the extrusion process of profile,a CAD based on semi-automatic die channel cavity model is proposed,and the research on the closed ring and the entrance and exit surface in the channel cavity is carried out.Through experimental simulation and expert evaluation,the method of manual selection of connection curve is applied in the stage of closed ring,and the method of selection and generation is applied in the stage of entrance and exit curved surface.The results show that the channel cavity score of doorframe die head is 7.0,and the channel cavity score of weatherboarding is 7.4.
