摘　　要：目的:探讨临床药师参与活血化瘀类中药注射剂临床应用管理的方法与作用。方法:临床药师参与构建四川省第二中医医院活血化瘀类中药注射剂的临床应用管理机制,并参与临床应用管理,分析和评价该类药品在临床药师参与管理前、后的合理使用情况。结果:临床药师通过参与构建并实施活血化瘀类中药注射剂的临床应用管理机制,使该类药品的合理使用率提高为89.75%,较实施管理机制前提高了14.11%。主要的不合理用药问题发生质的转变,由“超常用药”转为“不适宜用药”;医院被“医疗三监管”通报率降为0。结论:临床药师参与构建并有效落实活血化瘀类中药注射剂的综合管理机制,使其合理使用率有了显著提高,临床药师在临床合理用药管理中的作用和专业性得以充分体现。Objective:To investigate the method and role of clinical pharmacists involved in the clinical application management of traditional Chinese medicine injections for promoting blood circulation and removing stasis.Methods:Clinical pharmacists actively participated in the construction of clinical application management mechanism as well as practical management of traditional Chinese medicine injections for promoting blood circulation and removing stasis.At the same time,the rational use of this kind of drugs before and after clinical application management was analyzed and evaluated.Results:Through active involvement of clinical pharmacists in the construction and implementation of the clinical application management of traditional Chinese medicine injections for promoting blood circulation and removing stasis,the rational application rate of such drugs reached as high as 89.75%,which was 14.11%higher than that before the implementation of the clinical application management.There was a qualitative transfer in irrational drug use,i.e.a transfer from extraordinary drug use to inappropriate drug use,and the rate of hospitals being notified in the“3-medical supervision”reduced to 0.Conclusion:Active involvement of clinical pharmacists in the construction and implementation of the comprehensive management mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine injections for promoting blood circulation and removing stasis significantly increased the rational application rate of traditional Chinese medicine injections.Meanwhile,the role and professional value of clinical pharmacists in the management of rational drug use were fully realized.
