摘 要:黄瓜属于浅根系作物,穴盘育苗空间有限,基质和养分能否有效持续被植物吸收,是工厂化穴盘育苗的关键。为了培育适龄黄瓜壮苗,设置5个处理,通过在黄瓜基质中添加不同浓度的丛枝菌根真菌摩西球囊霉菌Gm3-2,研究其对穴盘育苗黄瓜出苗率、生长发育指标、根系活力等的影响,探究适合在黄瓜穴盘育苗中的丛枝菌根浓度。结果表明,与对照相比,接种106孢子·g^-1浓度的丛枝菌根真菌基质的幼苗茎粗和株高分别提高了30.52%和14.36%;根冠比、G值和壮苗指数也显著高于对照,其中壮苗指数增加132.20%;当接种丛枝菌根真菌浓度为107孢子·g^-1时,黄瓜根系活力0.69 mg·g^-1·h-1,比对照提高了64.29%。初步认为接种Gm3-2浓度为106孢子·g^-1时对黄瓜穴盘育苗效果最好。Cucumber is a shallow root crop,and the space for seedling cultivation is limited.Whether the substrate and nutrients can be effectively and continuously absorbed by plants is the key to plant seedling cultivation.In order to cultivate mature seedlings,five treatments were set up in this experiment.This experiment aims to explore the concentration of arbuscular mycorrhizal most suitable for seedling growth in cucumber acupoint tray.By adding different concentrations of Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(Glomus mosseae)Gm3-2 into the cucumber substrate,the effects of AMF on the seedling emergence rate,growth and development indicators and root activity were studied.The results showed that when 106 spores·g^-1 AMF were inoculated into the cucumber substrate,the stem diameter and plant height were increased by 30.52%and 14.36%respectively compared with the control,and the root-crown ratio,G value and seedling index were also significantly higher than the control group,among which the seedling index increased by 132.2%.When the concentration of AMF was 107 spores·g^-1,the root activity of cucumber was 0.69 mg·g^-1·h-1,which was 64.29%higher than that of the control group.It was preliminarily concluded that(Glomus mosseae)Gm3-2 inoculation with a concentration of 106 spores·g^-1 had the best effect on cucumber seedling cultivation.
