摘　　要：目的观察多功能套针治疗手指屈肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎的临床疗效。方法将符合研究标准的60例患者分为套针组和对照组,套针组30例采用多功能套针(以下简称套针)治疗,对照组30例均采用封闭治疗,对比2组患者治疗前、治疗后即刻、治疗后12 d、治疗后24 d视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分,并评价两组治疗后24 d及停止治疗6个月后的近期及远期疗效。结果治疗后24 d,套针组总有效率为97,4%,对照组有效率为86.5%,2组有效率有统计学差异(P <0.05)。随访期套针组总有效率为97,4%优于对照组的67.5%。2组患者治疗前、治疗后即刻、治疗后12 d、治疗后24 d及随访期视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分组内比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),治疗24 d后及随访期套针组VAS评分均较对照组下降明显(P <0.05),对照组在随访期出现反弹。结论多功能套针治疗手指屈肌狭窄性腱鞘炎近期及远期疗效均优于常规封闭疗法,并发症较常规封闭治疗少,是临床上安全、有效并值得进一步推广的治疗方法。Objective To observe the clinical effect of multifunctional sleeve needle in the treatment of tenosynovitis of flexor tendon of finger.Methods 60 patients were divided into sleeve needle group and control group.30 patients in the sleeve needle group were treated with multifunctional needle and 30 patients in the control group were treated with closed therapy.The(VAS)scores of the two groups were compared before treatment,immediately after treatment,12 days after treatment and 24 days after treatment,and the short-term and long-term effects of the two groups were evaluated 24 days after treatment and 6 months after treatment.Results 24 days after treatment,the total effective rate of the sleeve needle group was 97.4%,and the effective rate of the control group was 86.5%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).During the follow-up period,the total effective rate of the sleeve needle group was 97.4%,this was better than that of the control group(67.5%).There was significant difference in(VAS)score between the two groups before treatment,immediately after treatment,12 days after treatment,24 days after treatment and 24 days after follow-up.The VAS score of the sleeve needle group decreased significantly after 24 days of treatment and the follow-up period,and the control group rebounded during the follow-up period.Conclusion Multifunctional The short-term and long-term efficacy of needle in the treatment of tenosynovitis due to flexor tenosynovitis of finger is better than that of conventional closure therapy,and the complications are less than those of conventional closure therapy.It is safe,effective and worthy of further promotion in the treatment of tenosynovitis of flexion muscle.
