摘 要:新一代的CT系统需要多个电子源以取代原有机械式结构。本文介绍了这样用途的一种热阴极栅控电子枪的物理设计、工艺制造及发射性能测试。发射电流设计为高于100 mA,脉冲宽度100μs,重复频率100 Hz。测试中使用可以提供1.8 kV阳极高压的直流电源,可调范围-60~200 V的栅控电源。计算仿真和优化已在设计阶段进行,包括电子枪结构设计和热设计。文中介绍了电子枪的发射测试结果及运行状况,测试中热阴极的发射电流密度高于9.04 A/cm^2,电子枪的发射电流高于490 mA。基本测试结果表明,该电子枪在设计、制造和运行中所有主要指标是完全满足要求的。The new generation CT system requires multiple electron sources to replace original mechanical structure.This article describes the physical design,manufacturing and emission performance testing of a grid-controlled thermionic cathode gun for such use.The emission current of the gun is designed to be higher than 100 mA with a pulse width of 100μs and a repetition frequency of 100 Hz.The test uses a DC power supply which can provide 1.8 kV anode voltage and a grid power supply with adjustable voltage range of-60 to 200 V.Computational simulation and optimization have been carried out at the design stage,including electron gun structural design and thermal design.This paper presents the emission test results and operating conditions of the electron gun.In the test,the emission current density of the thermionic cathode is higher than 9.04 A/cm^2 and the emission current of electron gun is higher than 490 mA.The basic test results show that the prepared electron gun fully meets the technical requirements in the design,manufacturing and operation.
