摘 要:为了研究漏磁内检测技术是否适用于双金属复合管的检测,通过有限元分析及牵拉试验,建立了双金属复合管漏磁内检测实验系统。利用该系统,对预制的内、外壁人工缺陷的双金属复合管样品进行了4次牵拉试验,在此基础上对双金属复合管漏磁内检测适用性进行分析。分析研究表明:在双金属复合管上可检测到法兰、环焊缝等管道特征,可检测到刺漏、内衬塌陷等管道缺陷,可检测出位于碳钢管管壁上的人工缺陷,无法检测出位于不锈钢内衬上的人工缺陷。In order to study if magnetic flux leakage in-line inspection technology is applied to bimetallic pipe,the magnetic flux leakage in-line inspection experimental system was established through finite element analysis and pull test.By using this system,4 pull tests were conducted to the sample pipe with prefabricated inside and outside artificial defects.On this basis,the applicability of magnetic flux leakage in-line inspection for bimetallic pipe is analyzed.Results show that pipeline characteristics such as flange and girth weld,real defects of pipelines such as spills and lining collapses and artificial defects on the wall of carbon steel tube can be detected.However,artificial defects on stainless steel lining can not be detected.
