摘  要:由于聚乙烯内衬油管内衬塌陷,导致抽油杆接箍对油管塌陷处产生切削作用,丝条状的切削物缠绕在泵体上导致卡泵事故发生。为了查明内衬塌陷原因,对现场服役的聚乙烯内衬复合油管进行检测评价。通过现场调研、理化性能检测、并结合油管制造和使用情况,明确了油管塌陷失效事故原因。结果表明:由于内衬复合油管管端位置处的内衬翻边工艺控制不当,在复合油管运行过程中,内衬管随着所处环境温度波动而发生热胀冷缩,但其行为与油管基体热胀冷缩并不协调,导致端部翻边处的密封失效。随着运行时间的增加,更多介质从内衬复合油管管端翻边处渗漏到夹层间,最终导致其间压力大于复合管内部压力而发生内衬坍塌。基于失效原因分析,提出了相应的质量控制建议。通过本次失效分析,为今后内衬复合油管生产和应用提供借鉴。Due to the collapse of the liner of the polyethylene lined tubing,the rod collar has a cutting effect on the collapse of the tubing,and the slip-like cutting winds on the pump body,which leads to the accident of stuck pump.In order to find out the cause of inner liner collapse,the polyethylene lined tubing in service was tested and evaluated.Failure causes were investigated through field investigation,physical and chemical properties testing combined with analysis of the service conditions.Results show that the failure of sealing at flanged end of liner composite tubing due to improper process control is the direct cause of lining tubing collapse.The lining tubing expands and contracts with the fluctuation of the ambient temperature during operation.However,its behavior is not consistent with the thermal expansion and cold contraction of the tubing.With the increase of running time,more media leaks from the flanging of the end of the liner composite tubing to the interlayer.Finally,the inner lining collapse because the pressure is greater than the inner pressure of the composite tubing.Based on the analysis of failure reasons,the corresponding quality control suggestions were put forward.The failure analysis results can also provide reference for the production and application of this kind of tubing in the future.
