社会记忆视角下网络信息资源归档路径探析--以PANDORA项目为例

摘　　要：网络信息资源归档对于维护数字文化遗产、留存互联网社会记忆有着重要的意义。世界上很多国家已经意识到这一问题的重要性,并开展了多元化的网络信息资源归档探索,澳大利亚PANDORA项目是其中经典的实践之一。本文以社会记忆的视角为切入点,选取PANDORA项目为典型案例,借鉴PEST分析框架,并增加文化要素的考量,探析PANDORA项目在管理、经济、社会、技术和文化要素上的建设经验,并在此基础上创新性地构建了网络信息资源归档路径框架,为我国网络信息资源归档和社会记忆延续提供借鉴和参考。Network information resource archiving is of great significance for maintaining digital cultural heritage and preserving Internet social memory.Many countries in the world have realized its importance and carried out a variety of explorations on the network information resource archiving practice.Australian PANDORA project is one of the most classic experience.Based on the perspective of social memory,this article selects the Australian PANDORA project as a typical case,draws on the PEST analysis model and adds the cultural elements to analyze the construction experience of PANDORA project in management,economy,society,technology and culture.On such basis,a network information resource archiving path framework has been innovatively constructed,which would provide references for China’s network information resource archiving and social memory continuation.
