摘 要:为解决婴儿服装、老年服装及特种服装在大伸长率下对人体服装压较大而产生不舒适感甚至造成人体损伤的问题,首先通过针织物拆散纱线后复织、假捻变形、空气变形、复合等方式得到变形纱,然后在12针/25.4 mm的龙星LXC-252SCV型电脑横机和8针/25.4 mm的CA812型罗纹机上编织1+1罗纹组织超低模量针织物。并测试基于纱线几何变形的超低模量针织物的服用舒适性,包括透气性、透湿性、悬垂性、刚柔性、织物表面摩擦系数和粗糙度。结果表明,基于纱线几何形态变化的超低模量针织物的透气透湿性、悬垂性、刚柔性和表面性能均得到了改善,织物的服用舒适性提高,该研究为针织产品的服用舒适性研究提供了试验基础。In order to solve the problem that baby clothing,old-aged clothing and special clothing have a large pressure on human body under a large elongation,resulting in discomfort and even human body injury,the textured yarns are obtained by means of unroving after knitting,false-twist texturing,air deformation and compounding.Then,1+1 rib ultra-low modulus knitted fabric is prepared on G12 Longxing LXC-252SCV computerized flat knitting machine and G8 CA812 rib knitting machine by using the textured yarns.The wearing comfort of the ultra-low modulus knitted fabric based on geometric deformation is tested,including air permeability,moisture permeability,drapability,rigidity and flexibility,fabric surface friction coefficient and roughness.The results show that the air permeability,moisture permeability,drapability,rigidity,flexibility and surface properties of the fabric are improved,and the wearing comfort of the fabric is improved,which provides the experimental basis for the study of wearing comfort of knitted products.
