植物中药抗菌止痒黏胶纤维的制备及性能研究

摘　　要：将具有抗菌止痒功效的复方植物中药提取物水溶液与黏胶纤维纺丝液共混纺丝,制备具有抗菌止痒功能的黏胶纤维,并对纤维的基本性能及抗菌止痒功能进行测试。结果表明,植物中药抗菌止痒黏胶纤维干态下的断裂强度为2.08 cN/dtex,比普通黏胶纤维略有降低;干态断裂伸长率为22.4%,比普通黏胶纤维增加9.2%;结晶度无显著变化。此外,抗菌止痒黏胶纤维对金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌率达到98.78%,其提取液对透明质酸酶的抑制率为88.5%,无纺布斑贴试验结果为45 min后皮肤红值指数降低20%,而普通黏胶纤维无纺布的皮肤红值指数只降低13%,表明植物中药抗菌止痒黏胶纤维具有良好的抗菌止痒效果。The viscose fiber with antibacterial and antipruritic effects was prepared by blending the aqueous extract of herbal medicine with antibacterial and antipruritic functions and viscose fiber spinning solution,and the basic properties and antibacterial and antipruritic functions of the fiber were tested.The results show that the breaking strength of the fiber is 2.08 cN/dtex in dry state,which is slightly lower than that of ordinary viscose fiber.In addition,the elongation at break in dry state is 22.4%,which is 9.2%higher than that of ordinary viscose fiber.And the crystallinity has no significant change.Furthermore,the antibacterial rate of the fiber against staphylococcus aureus reaches 98.78%,and the inhibition rate of its extract for hyaluronidase is 88.5%.The red value index of skin of non-woven fabric patch test is reduced by 20%after 45 minutes,while the ordinary viscose fiber non-woven fabric’s value is only reduced by 13%,indicating that the antibacterial and antipruritic viscose fiber with herbal medicine has good antibacterial and antipruritic effect.
