摘  要:针对某化工工艺的特殊流量要求,设计了一种新型调节阀结构,并对其不同开度下的内部流场特性进行了有限元模拟分析。介绍了新型调节阀结构的设计特点,分析了其3种常用开度下内部介质的压力云图、速度云图和迹线分布图,得出了其流量特性。分析结果表明,新型调节阀达到了预期的设计目标,满足了小开度与大开度的流量相差较大的特殊工况需求。A new structure of control valve is proposed to meet the special flow requirements of some chemical technology.A finite element analysis and simulation on the performance of internal flow field are conducted on the control valve under different valve opening.The design feature of new structure is introduced.The pressure contours,velocity contours and flow path of fluid are analyzed and the flow characteristics are achieved.The analysis results show that the new structural control valve can realize the targets of design and meet the special working condition that the flow rate exists a big difference between small valve opening and large valve opening.
