摘　　要：介绍了双层锥壳结构铸件顺序定向凝固铸造工艺的技术特性,分析了阀门前壳体铸造工艺的操作规程,给出了薄壁型铸件射线探伤和超声及磁粉探伤的检测数据和结果。This paper introduces the casting process of the classic two-layer conical shell structure castings with“sequential directional solidification”,which is suitable for the thin-walled castings with complex requirements of radiographic inspection,ultrasonic and magnetic particle inspection.It belongs to the model technology of textbook casting.
