摘 要:目的建立符合银环蛇咬伤中毒临床特点的兔模型。方法采用不同剂量的银环蛇蛇毒溶液完全模拟临床毒蛇咬伤实况肌注新西兰大白兔右下肢,统计分析实验兔出现呼吸暂停时间,筛选出符合临床表现建模成功的目标蛇毒注射量。结果原液的1/12倍(0.0179 mg/kg)含量组的实验兔死亡时间(5.54±1.00)h,原液1/13倍(0.0165 mg/kg)含量组的实验兔死亡时间(6.60±1.03)h,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以原液的1/12倍(0.0179 mg/kg)的银环蛇蛇毒干粉和0.6444μl/kg H 2O混合溶液可成功构建符合银环蛇咬伤中毒临床特点的兔模型。Objective The purpose of this study was to establish a rabbit model consistent with the clinical characteristics of silver ring snake bite poisoning.Methods Different doses of Bungarus multicinctus snake venom solution were used to completely simulate the clinical situation of a snake venom bite.The right lower extremity of a New Zealand white rabbit was injected intramuscularly.The apnea time of the experimental rabbits was statistically analyzed.Results The death time of rabbits in the content group of 1/12(0.0179 mg/kg)of the stock solution was(5.54±1.00)h,and the death time of rabbits in the content group of 1/13(0.0165 mg/kg)of the stock solution was(6.60±1.03)h.The difference between the two groups is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion A rabbit model of Bungarus multicinctus snake venom dry powder of 1/12(0.0179 mg/kg)of the original solution and 0.6444μl/kg H 2O mixed solution can be successfully constructed.
