穿脱防护用品技能培训中思维导图联合微格教学的应用价值研究

摘　　要：目的分析思维导图联合微格教学在穿脱防护用品技能培训中的应用价值。方法选取2018年3月~2019年3月在我科实习护士60名为研究对象,将进行传统培训的30名护士分为A组,将实施思维导图联合微格教学培训的30名护士分为B组,比较两组护士的培训考核结果。结果培训后,B组护士的全套穿脱防护用品考核评分与技能要点考核评分均明显高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且B组护士在全套穿脱防护用品考核与技能要点考核中的优秀率均明显高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论思维导图联合微格教学应用于穿脱防护用品技能培训中的效果显著,可有效提高实习护士防护用品穿戴与脱除操作的准确性,增强其防护水平,值得推广。Objective To study the application value of mind mapping combined with microteaching in the skill training of wearing and removing protective equipment.Methods From March 2018 to March 2019,60 trainee nurses in our department were selected as training objects,30 who received traditional training were set as group A,and 30 who received mind mapping combined micro-teaching training were set as group B,and the training and assessment results of the two groups were compared.Results After the training,the assessment scores of the full set of protective equipment and skills of the intern nurses in group B were significantly higher than those in group A(P<0.05).Moreover,the rate of excellence in the assessment of full set of protective equipment and skill points for the intern nurses in group B was significantly higher than that in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of mind mapping combined with micro-teaching in the skill training of wearing and removing protective articles has a significant effect,which can effectively improve the accuracy of wearing and removing protective articles for practical nurses and enhance their protective level.
