摘　　要：目的:调查赣州市居民急救知识与技能水平的现状,并分析其影响因素。方法:采用整群随机抽样法,于2019年3-5月借助微信推送和现场调查相结合,对赣州市区范围内5个居民小区的826名常住居民进行急救相关知识的调查。结果:赣州市居民急救相关知识水平较低,单因素分析显示,年龄越小、收入越高、教育程度越高、企事业单位工作人员、有培训经历,其急救相关知识水平越高(P<0.05);多因素分析显示,居民急救知识水平与年龄、教育程度、工作单位性质、培训经历有关(R^2=0.449,F=135.295,P<0.05)。结论:在巩固和加强现有培训机制的基础上,结合各类人群的特点,选择合适的培训教学方法并制定适合赣州市居民特点的急救培训方案,以提高急救培训效果,保证急救培训的持续性和有效性。Objective:To investigate the status of first-aid knowledge and skills of Ganzhou residents and analyze the influencing factors.Methods:A cluster random sampling method was used to investigate the first-aid knowledge of 826 permanent residents in 5 residential communities in Ganzhou city from march to May 2019 by combining WeChat push and field survey.Results:The level of first-aid related knowledge of Ganzhou residents was relatively low.The single-factor analysis showed that the younger the age,the higher the income,the higher the education level,the staff of enterprises and public institutions,and the training experience,the higher the first-aid related knowledge level(P<0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that the level of residents'first-aid knowledge was correlated with age,education,nature of work unit and training experience(R^2=0.449,F=135.295,P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of consolidating and strengthening the existing training mechanism and combining with the characteristics of various groups,appropriate training and teaching methods are selected and a first-aid training program suitable for the characteristics of Ganzhou residents is developed,so as to improve the effect of first-aid training and ensure the continuity and effectiveness of first-aid training.
