中国优秀女子链球运动员王峥备战东京奥运会投掷技术的量化跟踪研究

摘　　要：为备战东京奥运会,进一步改进和完善王峥链球投掷技术,提高动作技术的经济性和时效性。方法:采用高速摄像三维拍摄技术手段和视讯解析系统对2018年王峥参加的三场国内大赛的投掷技术进行量化监控。结果:王峥完成旋转均时长为2.29s,较其创造亚洲记录2.17s的旋转总用时而言有所增长;投掷过程第三、第四圈单支撑时间平均为0.23s和0.32s,支撑用时较长;旋转过程肩髋角变化幅度较大,最后用力阶段表现尤为明显;加速过程中链球运行轨迹变化不稳定,轨迹总长未表现出最佳值且出手时刻链球未处于高点。结论:王峥旋转阶段加速快的优势体现不明显;其投掷过程第三、第四圈单支撑时间偏长导致旋转失衡,引起上体扭转绷紧度较低,间接导致加速过程中链球运行轨迹不稳定,最终致使出手时刻链球未处于高点,继而影响了投掷成绩。In order to prepare for the Olympics in Tokyo,improve hammer throw techniques of Wang Zheng,and enhance effectiveness of training and sports techniques,this study employed techniques monitoring method of high-speed camera 3-D tracking to track and record Wang Zheng's participation in 2018,then this paper used quantitative analysis to analyze the throwing technology by video analysis system.This study found that:Compared with the same period of creating Asian records,the total rotation time has a tendency to increase,and the advantage of speeding up in the rotation phase is not obvious;The third and fourth laps of the throwing process have a long support time;The shoulder hip angle changes in the rotational acceleration process is unstable,the upper body twist tension is not enough,and the performance is particularly obvious in the final exertion phase;There is instability in the trajectory of the chain during the acceleration process,and the total length of the chain trajectory does not show the best value.The hammer is not at the high point when the shot is taken.
